Short version: be reasonable, your data is yours, and this is a habit tracker — not medical advice.

The service

Health Check lets you build habit plans and track daily check-ins. It's provided as-is: we work to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the app evolves.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. One account per person; you must be at least 13 to use the app.

Your data

Everything you put into Health Check remains yours. You can export it or permanently delete it from Settings at any time. How we handle data is covered in the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Health Check is a general-purpose habit tracker. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or advise on any condition, and it's no substitute for professional care. Check with a professional before making significant changes to exercise, diet, or sleep — especially if you have a medical condition.

Community plans

You can publish a plan to Discover so other members can adopt it. Published plans show the plan's name, items, and goal under an anonymous member handle — never your email, notes, or check-ins. Keep published content decent and honest: no medical claims ("cures", "treats", dosages), no spam or self-promotion, no offensive names. Anyone can flag a plan; flagged plans are reviewed and may be removed without notice, and repeat offenders may lose publishing or account access. Adopting a community plan copies it into your own account — it's a member's habit list, not health advice, so use your own judgment.

Affiliate links

If product suggestions ever appear next to an item, they are clearly labeled as affiliate links and the app may earn a small commission on purchases. They're picked and ordered on quality, never on commission, and they're suggestions of popular products — not health recommendations.

Fair use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or other people's data. Accounts doing so may be suspended.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app's creators aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it — and export your data on the way out, it's yours.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above will change with them, and significant changes will be flagged in the app.
